PlayKuji is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
“To Ship By” Period
- All orders must be shipped within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any orders that remain unshipped beyond this period will be disposed of without refund or compensation.
- For preorders, the purchase date is determined by the product’s release date, not the purchase’s date. Release dates are subject to change due to early or delayed releases.
Shipping Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive email confirmation with your order details. Please review this confirmation and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Self-collection: Collect from our physical location within 7 business days.
- Local Shipping: Delivery within 2 - 4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date, not the order date. They are intended as guides only and may be subject to changes or delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at delivery checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated per shipping order and depend on the chosen delivery method.
- Self-collection: Free
- Local Shipping (Per shipping order): S$5
Please note that we charge a flat fee per shipping order, regardless of its size or weight.
To save on shipping costs, we recommend consolidating your orders into a single shipment.

Please note that this is a self-collection point and no sales of kuji is available.

Delivery Issues
- Damaged Items: If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution. Please note that damage not affecting the functionality of the product will not be considered as damaged items (i.e.. Box defects during shipping).
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
International Shipping
We do not provide international shipping.

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
